With just a few clicks, you can easily extract selected data from your phone book using this application. It provides the flexibility to view the data in any format on various devices such as phones, tablets, and computers. Most formats can be edited using your preferred programs. Plus, the application allows you to customize your folder and file settings and preview the contact content.

The application conveniently creates files in TXT format and Google spreadsheets, which can be immediately downloaded in formats such as XLSX (Excel), ODS, PDF, HTML (ZIP), and CSV. These files can be viewed on any device. In case you encounter any issues with displaying the file or encounter unreadable characters, you can try changing the encoding in the file settings.

What's more, this application offers the ability to restore contacts from either a TXT file or a Google spreadsheet. The content recognition capability is limited to names, emails, and phone numbers due to the difficulty of recognizing content in text files. You can export and import contacts using either a single-line or multi-line format.

The single-line format contains each contact on a new line without any empty lines. The name is followed by a colon (:) and the phone numbers are separated by semi-colons (;). On the other hand, the multi-line format has the contact name on the first line and contacts are separated by empty lines.

This app can restore numbers as long as there are no spaces or unusual characters present, except for USSD codes which are recognized by the program.

The application also provides separate configurations for each component:

• Contact list settings - allows you to select writing style, fields, and remove duplications by merging fields. You can preview how a single contact's text will change.
• Restore settings - enables checking of existing contacts.
• File settings - allows you to enter a common name, select a folder, choose encoding between UTF-8 and UTF-16 for text files, add the current date to the file name, and select the date format.

To save contacts, simply wait for the phonebook to load and click the green button located in the bottom corner. A completion message will appear at the bottom of the screen once the file is created.

It is important to note that the application requires permission to access both the phone book and memory card. Without these permissions, it will not be able to load contacts or save files.

Rest assured that all personal data is securely stored only on the user's device and will not be transferred to any third parties.
